Throw Them In The Freezer
When avocados over ripen and turn a little brown, you’ll probably skip eating them alone. But they still make great additions to smoothies, soups … and brownies. Try pureeing them and freezing them in ice cube trays. It’s a great way of having perfect proportions whenever you need them.
